Is the current oil market mayhem beneficial

for shale

Shale has been on a very wild ride. And just like anything that promises big, it attracts lots of shady creatures. Resulting in lots of crappy projects. This has thrown a bad light on the many solid players in the shale industry. The current downturn is a cleaning fire that culls many of the bad players. After that, the survivors will have room to breathe.
